Preview privacy

Use fictional passenger and contact details in this test preview.

Location searches

When Google Places is connected, the address, place or postcode you type and a temporary search session token are sent through the Kingswell server to Google. Passenger names, telephone numbers and payment details are excluded from these requests. Google handles this information under its Privacy Policy.

We retain Google place IDs alongside your original input and any entrance instructions you add. Google address descriptions remain in the current page for display. Coordinates are held temporarily in memory for up to 28 days.

Device location and routes

Your device location is requested only when you choose “Use my current location”. Coordinates are sent to Photon for a nearby address and to OSRM for a driving estimate. Existing non-Google locations may be displayed using OpenStreetMap. Google addresses open in Google Maps rather than on that map.

Recent selections are stored in this browser tab. Bookings and saved places remain in the Kingswell preview database. Clearing browser data does not remove server records. Contact info@kingswellchauffeurs.co.uk to request removal of test records when they are no longer needed. A public launch requires a complete operator privacy notice and retention policy.
